Education that
Truly
Works!

Nigeria has had its independence from British rule for over fifty years, yet its graduates are still incapable of significantly contributing to society. More and more new schools pop up everyday but their systems are still ineptly the same. Impractical.
We Do Things Differently.
In Hapie-Ugo Divine International Model School, in addition to intensive reading and writing programs, we teach our students
to identify problems around them and to do something about them, seeing every problem as an opportunity to make a difference, and to use what they have to create what they need.
We also teach our students STEAM education
Science
Technology
Engineering
Art; and
Math
That is Education that TRULY Works!
The school has made significant impact in the lives of several Nigerian children and provides hope for children and their parents.

What makes us different?
97%
of our students could read by the end of their first year at our school.
of Nigerian students can read after six years of Primary School.
20%
We teach our students Problem-Solving Skills and Teamwork.
These skills, emphasized in the American educational System are not even mentioned in most Nigerian schools.
We teach our students Practical Skills that they can use not just in the School but in their Homes and Communities.
Rote learning and memorization plagues most Nigerian schools. We try to avoid that.
We give
Need-based
and Merit scholarships.
This is where we are in dire need of financial help. We have not been able to help many students that truly need this service due to lack of sponsorship.
Our Students
Take a look at how Hapie-Ugo Divine International School is changing children's lives.

When Emere first joined our school, she had schooled elsewhere till Primary One (1st grade). However, she couldn't even identify her alphabet. Within three months, Emere learned how to read and write and could join her mates in Primary One.
Meet Emere

When Musa joined our school, he had schooled at another Primary School for three years, but he couldn't read or write at a third grade level. In fact, he couldn't even recognize his alphabets! Within three months, Musa was able to start Primary One, reading comfortably.
