TEAMWORK & UNDERSTANDING
In order to get major projects done effectively and efficiently, one must be able to put aside differences and share their ideas with others in order to be able to work with others. That is why it is a trait that we attempt to breed in our students.
How We Do It
Every month, our students receive projects involving either research, creativity, community service, or problem solving. To complete the projects and receive credit, the students must work with one or two other students.

Students are also exposed to teamwork and its importance in the classrooms through videos.
This is all done in an effort to ensure that our students truly understand what teamwork involves and how important it is especially in the Nigerian society, where teamwork is rarely encouraged.
